As a Client Manager you are part of one or more driven and professional client teams. You support these teams with your knowledge and experience in the field of account and relationship management.

As a Client Manager you are part of one or more driven and professional client teams. You support these teams with your knowledge and experience in the field of account and relationship management.

You actively cooperate to raise the collaboration between PwC and its clients to a higher level and to expand further. You are responsible for activities from strategy to execution and builds internal and external relations for this purpose. It is a unique role for a customer-oriented professional with at least 4 years of working experience as (key) account manager or comparable commercial / customer-oriented roles.

As a Client Manager you have at least a completed Bachelor education with at least 4 years of experience, preferably 8, as an Account manager or similar business development role. You have demonstrable affinity with the services of PwC and recognize yourself in characteristics such as:

  • Commercially driven;
  • Innovative;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Relationally strong;
  • Team player;
  • Can do mentality;
  • Networker.

Your most important tasks are in the area of account and relationship management, project coordination, planning and coaching. Think for example of:

  • Account plan(ning);
  • Relationship mapping;
  • Turnover analyzes and forecasting;
  • Networks;
  • Customer reporting;
  • Customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Go-to-market new propositions;
  • Best practice sharing;
  • Teambuilding;
  • (International) contact person, coordinator and connector for customer and team;
  • Optimize collaboration procurement.
