Your role is evelop and manage your target customers pro-actively to identify sales opportunities and drive top line revenues in the appointed region and market.

As we aim to grow our Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy (CF&P) practice, we are looking for experienced consultants who are passionate about digital identity to help our clients doing business in a digital world while protecting privacy and data. In the Netherlands we have a dedicated Identity & Access Management (IAM) team of 60 specialists as part of CF&P. We work on creating a more secure society for major international and local organizations. Together with the 180 professionals as part of CF&P in the Netherlands we work on leading and cutting edge projects covering the whole scope of Cybersecurity. For more information see: 


The purpose of the Senior Sales Professional role is to develop and manage his/her target customers pro-actively to identify sales opportunities and drive top line revenues in the appointed region and market. Success indicators like pipeline growth and target achievement will be agreed upon in an individual goal sheet.

He/she identifies, analyses and interprets trends and challenges in the target market and works closely together with the sales responsible Director to develop an effective sales approach & year plan for the target market and related accounts.

He/she will work closely together with the marketing colleagues and events experts as well as with the sales representatives of our JBR's (vendor partners) to develop the market and partnerships proactively with the goal to source new sales opportunities and close deals.

General profile characteristics:


The Senior Sales Professional is expected to have a Bachelor or Master degree

Knowledge, experience and skills

The Senior Sales Professional must have the following experience:

  • Proven sales experience (with software and consultancy companies)
  • More specific: experience in building a pipeline, developing a market/set of accounts and closing deals
  • Even more specific: experience in SPIN-based consultative selling
  • Must have: experience in selling security and/or Digital Identity solutions and services
  • Track record of (over-)achieving quotas
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Identity; the market, solutions and trends
  • Able to build lasting relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Manages a relevant network in his/her market segment and the related accounts
  • Speaks, reads and writes flawless in Dutch and English – and is able to create high quality and attractive proposals in both languages
  • Knows how to use Salesforce (or a similar CRM tool) as well as social media effectively


The Senior Sales Professional must behave like any of us:

  • A brand ambassador to PwC and it’s Digital Identity team
  • Be a team player and culturally sensitive; able to operate in a globally operating matrix organization
  • Do not mind travelling – mostly within The Netherlands yet occasionally to locations outside of The Netherlands
  • Never reluctant to go the extra mile.
