Your impact as a Senior Business Development Manager at NN IP
Together with your colleagues from our B2B wholesale team you make the match between the investment proposition of our clients (banks, asset management and insurance), their environment (financial markets and competition) and the NN IP Investment capabilities. Where customisation is desirable, you consider all possible options. To achieve this, you draw upon the resources of our different departments. You are based in The Hague but will also be on the road a lot to ensure you connect with our clients personally. Pro-actively find new clients and angles to grow our business. Your ultimate goal? Achieve the NN IP objectives via outstanding deals.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you are part of our commercial department Retail Clients Netherlands. This department includes three teams who are jointly responsible for our wholesale and insurance clients. You will be working as a member of the third party distribution team, within a knowledge-driven setting that encourages independence, ownership, entrepreneurship and creativity. As a team we have several touch points during the week. We start with a weekly team meeting  and once a month, the three sales teams gather to discuss the current state of affairs.

Your common sense helps you to identify the best deals. You are entrepreneurial and adaptive and like to think outside the box. You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
